MOSCOW, Mar 23 (PRIME) -- Caspian Pipeline Consortium may need 1.5–2 months to repair a berth with oil exports falling by about 1 million barrels per day (bpd), Russia's Deputy Energy Minister Pavel Sorokin said on Wednesday.
"If the damage is confirmed, that could be 1.5–2 months. This is a serious deadline, and we see the risk of a 1 million bpd per day fall," Sorokin said.
On Monday, the company suspended a single-buoy mooring for repairs, and on Tuesday halted another one. The company said that exports could fall by 66.7% as a result.
